Love the within walking distance proximity to Colonial Williamsburg. The woodsy feel from our window and colonial style room gave good vibes. Bring your own pillow though, probably the worst pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel, we had to go buy cheap ones to get us by for the stay. The beds could have more cushion as well.

Room was exceptionally clean. Check-in staff for courteous and knowledgeable. Continental breakfast looked amazing but it was so crowded we could never sit down to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We took our coffee and went for a wonderful walk around the grounds.

The location next to the visitor center where the shuttle picks up is wonderful. Never need a car for historic area which is good because parking is a zoo and you have to pay. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes and is free.

The staff was excellent going above and beyond. Helped us get a room on first floor due to my elderly mom needing to use a walker. Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and all the amenities were great. Liked the continental breakfast. All good.

Clean room, safe property, amazing staff, yummy continental breakfast with gluten free options and lots of parking. Rooms were a little bit outdated but comfortable and clean. Was in town for 3 days and two nights for Parents Weekend at William & Mary. Will definitely be staying here in the future. Only 6 minutes to campus.
