"This place is now our favorite. We had an ocean front 2nd story room-WOW what a view & you can hear the waves crash! We had windows open 24/7 if got chilly used fireplace which heated room right up! We walked 15 min on beach to pier area. From Inn to beach there are a lot of stairs. "

"Edgewater Inn is my favorite kind of value hotel. Though it is a bit dated, the hotel is always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the televisions have streaming services you can log into. It's also on the beach and walking distance to Pismo's pier and the shopping area, so we never have to drive. It is also very pet friendly. I recommend for anyone who enjoys value, proximity, and cleanliness of rooms!"

"Our family of four, including 2 teen boys, stayed for just one night on our journey down the coast. The reviews were good and I was worried maybe some of them weren’t real. "What a GREAT hotel!! Our room was a suite with 2 tvs so hubby could get up & watch in the other room while I slept a little longer. We were given tickets for 1 free drink from the bar for each evening we were there and the free hot breakfast was very good!! The grounds were kept nicely, there was a fences dog run area, a couple of sitting areas with fires just outside the pool area in the evenings and the man at the front desk was SUPER helpful! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!"

"Always love staying at this hotel. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the morning team breakfast bartender was amazing. The only feedback is valet charged me for two cars my 1 night stay there and I disputed the second car and they had to call the valet manager over and it took 5 mins too long for them to verify they messed up. The tagged a 2nd car that wasn’t my own to my room and it shouldn’t have taken the valet manager that long to do the math, I was one person staying there."
