“Highly Recommended”
Appreciated this stay. Live 50 miles away but had an early flight out of Reno the next day. Our stay included parking for the duration of our short trip. Would definitely do this again!
“Great place to stay”
Very clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. The staff was great and let me have a late check out time as I had a two hour interview and wouldnt make it back in time to check out.

The hotel was clean and quite as I expected from a BW hotel... the location is convenient, especially the shuttle drove us around and the staff were all super friendly and helpful...
“Great service and clean rooms!”
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We stayed the first night and took their early morning shuttle to the airport. When we returned from our trip (after midnight) the shuttle came within minutes to pick us up and the shuttle driver was awesome! Since we stayed there before and after our trip, they provided us with free parking for our car while we were away. We also ate dinner in the restaurant on our first night and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay there again!
“Best motel sleep of my life.”
We flew in to Reno late at night, called for a pickup and they came promptly. The room is spacious. We asked for extra towels and received them promptly from the same employee who picked us up at the airport. The bed was the most comfortable night's sleep I've had away from home, ever! (I can, normally, only manage four to five hours of sleep in a "foreign" bed before my back spasms and awakens me.) I slept straight through the night, which is something that only happens at home. Although we were across the street from the airport, there was neither airport, nor traffic, noise audible. We had a delicious, reasonably priced breakfast in the restauraunt. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and, my wife concurs.

“Such a great surprise”
The Hotel was clean, quiet and very well maintained. The only thing we noticed, was that dishes in the hallways were not picked up after 4 hours of room service. Also in the restaurant, the tables were not bused very fast, and there was a cart from the night shift with wine glasses and empty bottles still on the cart from the night before, at 11 A,M. Overall, the food, the service, and the great courtyard and peaceful surroundings were great. We will definetely be back!

“Great airport hotel”
The hotel provided free shuttle service on our departing and returning trip with a simple phone call. We only waited a few minutes each way. Our luggage was lost by the airline and the hotel concernly supplied us with basic toiletries. It's an older hotel, but kept up fairly well. My son and I played in the game room and some of the games stole our quarters. There were 2 computers in the lobby area to use for printing boarding passes and checking e-mail, but one of them was not working. Overall, it was worth the money.
