The only thing that was unfair, we didn't have a microwave in the room and no access to one. Most people traveling from a distance, bring food to travel with. We couldn't warm up our food. Unfair.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Keys were reliable and restaurant was no smoking. Prices were reasonable though resort fee and menu prices did bring cost closer to that of other area hotels. There were odd smells in some of the hallways but the room was nice. We’d stay again.

Good things: - The check-in experience (with Ed) was quick, efficient and charming. - The staff were all very capable and knowledgeable. - The sheets were divine - Easy Check-out - Free parking Issues: - Our A/C was overly loud. The maintenance guy, David, was able to cut the sound in half, but it needs addressed - There was an unexplained towel left on the office chair - The room shares a vent in the bathroom, and the neighbors were smoking weed in there that filled up our room with the smell - The toilet was slow to fill so didn't flush at all times

Our stay at The J was perfect. Two things stand out: 1) The room, bed, bathroom and shower were soooo nice. 2) The light dinner we had at Hanna’s Table was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. EVERY staff member we interacted with was helpful and pleasant. Finally, the rate was good and the location was convenient.

One of the waitresses at Hannah ruined our breakfast she had a terrible attitude and wish I could remember her name . She shouldn’t be allowed to be around customers.
