My day was for an overnight to do some business. My day was OK. Room definitely smelled like smoke. When I got home, I clothes smelled like it. Carpet is definitely dirty so bring some sandals. Food in the places whatever. Soon as all I really needed was the bed it worked. Location was good. Think old school smelly casino room that’s been updated. Just not the floors…… probably the most important part

Room was clean and quiet with a very nice view of the mountains. Only issue was ice machines were out of ice almost every day. Sometimes had to go to machines on multiple floors to find any. Other than that minor inconvenience every thing else was great.

Room had broken hot water knob on sink and bathroom smelled of mildew and had a few ants. The ice machines on every floor of the Birch tower were out of order. Hanna's was disgusting and over priced. The buffet was overpriced and not worth the money. Not a lot of selection and had old deserts that were honestly the worst. Had an ok experience in the casino for up until the last night we stayed. The blackjack dealer they brought in on the $5 table was a real jerk. Not based on anything other than his attitude. Everyone was enjoying themselves and having a good time until this guy showed up. Very nasty to the pit boss and customers. Not respectful or decent in any way. Very condescending and rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation.

House cleaning staff was very quick to respond to requests. Checkout was not great. It took me 10 minutes to find someone working the front desk.Then was told their system was down and they said they would email me my receipt and never did.

Booked being unaware that Pool was closed and construction was happening (nothing on Website or Expedia) until September 2026!! Asked for and upgrade and got ignored Room was next to construction where they had 2 other towers to used for hotel guest and used the tower right next to construction! Had to buy a day pass at a close by hotel to use a pool Won’t stay here again until they get their property taken care of
