Nicer than expected, bed and room were very comfortable. There’s a kitchenette but you need to bring your own dishes, utensils, soap, dishcloths and paper towels to use it much. We plan to stay here again.

Would really like to recommend the property get charging stations for electric cars, the cleanliness of the room wasnt so good the shower had some hairs, the coffe maker was dirty, the decorative pillow on the bed had some stain on it, and beside the bed under the mattress the base of the bed was dirty you could see someone spilled coffee and there was a stain on the wall as well. Walking around the lobby/1st floor was confusing because of the construction and there wasnt any signs or nothing to make it easier to navigate like where someone should go to check in, what areas are closed off because of the construction.

It was nice. Staff was courteous & cordial. There was construction going on so entry was a little confusing, but everyone was helpful.

They are in a middle of remodeling so that of course made a difference in some area. We had a remodeled room and it was very nice and clean. Got lucky with the parking - right by the elevator. Buffet was good and also the price. They could use more casino machines. I would stay there again.

While J Resort is in renovation, it doesn’t have any signs posted on where to go for check in. Valet sign was not visible and you would have to take a small road to get to valet.

Staff was good. Area was safe and clean. Parking was convenient. Air conditioner was very loud. No safe to store passports and other valuables wich is the one reason i won't stay again. I personally found the beds not very comfortable.
