The desk lamp was shorting out and wouldn't work. No cleanex in the room. Very low toilet for senior citizens. I will problably look elsewhere next time I come to Sparks.

This hotel is showing some age, even though itโ€™s rated high. The air conditioner was a little rickety and noisier than most, and did not read the temp correctly. Broken ice maker on the ground floor. For the price per night, these little issues should not exist.

A restful oasis from hot desert travels

I am a traveling photographer on a long road trip through the hot desert in my new camper van. When the van developed some issues, brought it to the shop in Sparks for a quick repair. Spent a couple of nights in this hotel just to rest up and sleep. It was clean, quiet, and in great condition. A great little oasis for this traveler.

The mattress had visible stains and was not very comfortable. The refrigerator did not chill our drinks even after the 12 hours they were in there. The tall chairs in the breakfast area were wobbly like the screws needed to be tightened. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was really clean. The breakfast was good and the choices were many.

Better than No Frills

King room with frig, desk and chair. Tub/shower with great nozzle. Dispensers on shower wall for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Pool, full breakfast. Easy freeway access, nearby shopping and restaurants.

Clean inviting place to stay. The staff was friendly and took their time explaining the many options around for shopping/dining etc. No nearby Casino, but a short drive to one if you really wanted that. Breakfast was OK. No "Make you own waffle" station though, which I look forward to when traveling. A complete non-smoking facility, which was nice. Pool was OK (No hot tub). Gym was clean and tidy and 24/7.

for the condition of the hotel the price was way off. they checked us out around 8 am (room keys no longer worked) so my chidren got locked out of the hotel while trying to load things into our vehicle. A nice gentlemen met them back into the backside of the hotel. I will think twic about choosing a this hotel in the future.
