"It is a small hotel with more personal service. The fact that is centrally located is also a problem as it doesn't have parking. If you rent a car, it is difficult to park. This brings you stress and you don't fully enjoy your time there as you need to be moving the car. "

If youve been to Reykjavik you know thats long enough to have explored pretty much the whole thing... and I still couldnt find it!The check-in instructions were wrong. And when I called to ask for help he talked to me like I was an idiot- totally insulting. Once I got past the check in everything was wonderful. The room was gorgeous with beautiful finishes. Its a little further from the total tourist trap of the main part...
