The room was clean well stocked. There was a microwave and fridge for ease of use. Breakfast was good and easy to get to. One small issue would be that the gravy for the biscuits was in a container before the biscuits (sort of out of order). It was good just had to get use to grabbing the biscuits first. Parking was readily available.

Great breakfast, cleanish rooms. Door lock on our room was futsy and wouldn't consistently open the way normal people open doors. Hotel guests were VERY loud until 11 PM, and management did not make an effort to quiet things down. Meaning my young kids couldn't get to sleep for hours. Shower was luke-warm both evening and morning.

Our stay in ohio required a hotel stay. We chose holiday inn based on previous stays at other locations. When we arrived we were told the elevator was not working. Disappointing but definitely not tragic. The lobby was clean, presentable, staff not overly friendly or helpful. Once we lugged our luggage up 4 flights of stairs we were met with a door that took forever to get the key to register and gaps all around. Eh, again we will live. Room was clean and presentable. We purchased water and put in the mini fridge and it promptly froze. Again, nothing terrible but worth mentioning. The most disappointing thing was returning to the hotel after a long day at the hospital tending to my father; we were greeted by the front desk associate standing at the entrance puffing away on his cigarette. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, covered my face and held my breath as i noted the various signs telling guests not to smoke there. Highly disappointing. My breakfast was very good. Quite pleased with the selection. The lady and gentleman manning the kitchen and dining area were magnificent and made our breakfast time very enjoyable. All in all a decent place to stay but we will think twice about staying here again

Very friendly staff. The included breakfast had a wide selection. Unfortunately there was a jerk guest who made a VERY BIG deal out of the pancake machine being down one morning. He was so rude to the staff there, but they handled it professionally and courteously, much more than he deserved, in my opinion.
