“Great Hotel”
The hotel was brand new and very clean. The people were friendly and service was great. The complimentary breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The only negative comment I would have is the location. It is next door to a truck stop, but other than that, there is no convenient stores (in case you forgot to pack something), and nearby restaurants were few. On the plus side, it is real close to the National Park which was our destination and easy access to the interstate. Overall, the experience was very good and now that I am more familiar with the area, I would not hesitate to return. I will mention that at first I thought the trucks next door would be a nuisance, but during the night, things were real quiet. We had no problems sleeping.

“One night experience”
We arrived in the afternoon. There was only a receptionist, no concierge to help us (me and my pregnant wife) I had to carry our bags to the room. We returned at midnight the door was locked, we waited till the only employee came to open the door? We asked for late checkout and the answer was we can't the housekeeper will leave early that day. We stayed from 6PM till 9:30AM... So what do you think?
