This hotel was just fine for an overnight stay while traveling. As other reviewers have said, the place is a bit dated. It could do with some updating and some deep cleaning of the bathrooms (where there seemed to be some dirt in the corners and mold that could have been removed with close cleaning). We appreciated that the double rooms had queen beds. The beds were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The price was reasonable and I would be fine staying here again.

The sheets were thin and would not stay on the bed. There were cracks in the bathroom trim. The electrical outlets on the nightstands could not hold the plugs. Breakfast eggs and sausage were delicious.

The location of this hotel is great. It is off of the highway but not directly beside it, so it is quiet. It is in close proximity to one of the park visitor centers and very close to Peninsula which is a super cute little town. The place is clean. It needs some updating but that appears to possibly be in the works as the hallways and lobby seem updated. Breakfast was a little slim with items not being available. If it had been fully stocked it would have been just right. We had a great stay, so I would recommend this place if you are headed to the park or want a central location to Cleveland and Akron.

Pet friendly, room was spacious and clean (king deluxe), bath tub could be updated but bathroom over all clean, staff was not overly friendly but not rude, quiet hotel. Stayed in other hotels in the area and this was by far nicer.

The hotel interior and rooms could use some work/updating, but overall pretty clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location, friendly and helpful staff, great Mexican restaurant right next door and was quiet. Very good value for the price and would 100% stay again, as well as recommend to others!
