"Location is amazing. Stayed here in 2016 twice and really loved it. On my most recent stay in April 2024, I found the front desk staff to be very nice as well as the breakfast staff. The room was good enough. However, the bed is super soft, like a marshmallow, not comfy or cozy at all. The bathroom and plumbing needs to be adressed. "Very slow checkin... but very nice! One of the elevators was not working so it would sometimes take a while to get to your room. The lobby was nice and the rooms we ok.. a bit outdated but nice size rooms Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast buffet was very nice with great selections! Overall not a bad hotel for the price! "Staff were amazing! Helpful and friendly. Can arrange airport transfer for you. They all spoke English very well. There is a common area downstairs with a bar and free filtered water and lots of plugs to charge your electronics. The bunk beds were a little scary, very unstable. You only get two sheets and a pillow case so if you get a free blanket on your airline keep it! There is one plug in each bed spot. Rooms are air conditioned.
