"The staff was very attentive and wonderful. Housekeeping was so great. Super caring and attentive to details like needing more towels. Disappointed in the restuarant located in the basement. Expensive and not worth it. We chose this hotel for the upper rooftop view and the other Michelin restuarant on the property. Both were closed due to renovations. Still a beautiful experience. The spa was great. They offer Turkish baths. Hot tub was always cold, a bummer. Still a good value to stay at...
