Nice hotel. Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about Rome and the tourist areas. Good information about the metro and train networks. Breakfast is good, and plenty of choice. Restaurant in the hotel is good and plenty of choices for both adults and kids. First time in Rome, so hotel was good but you have to travel in to the main tourist areas by metro which is cheap enough.

We loved the amenities that the hotel offered. The food in the dining room was just okay but overall, the staff was really the downfall. After a 16 hour flight, my family and I were really exhausted. We had tried to book a shuttle weeks in advance and were told to book a taxi and the hotel would pay. When we arrived we were screamed at by a staff member at 12:30 in the morning telling us they would not do so even though I had it in writing. She did apologize later on, but she was not the only staff member to mistreat us on our stay there. Great hotel, very poor staff.

The price was good. The property was very clean. It had two queen beds in the room, not many in Rome have. Unfortunately it was far from the center of Rome. Meals were expensive for what you get at the hotel.

that staff are very helpful and food is great. We stay in the first floor which is very noisy form the restaurant in the ground floor during the meal service. There is no safety box in the room. It was a theft incidence near the bar on Saturday evening.

We stayed in Room 124 with our family, including young kids, and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The toilet in our room was not working at all. We reported it, but were told there were no other rooms available to move us to. This meant that any time someone needed the bathroom—including our kids—we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the public facilities. It was incredibly inconvenient and not what we expected from a hotel stay. No real solution was offered beyond that, and we were left to deal with the discomfort for the duration of our stay. I hope the hotel improves how it handles these situations in the future. Basic amenities like a functioning bathroom should never be an issue.
