We had a great stay at Casa Mia Vaticano! The place was clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop right outside which made it easy to get around. But the best part of our stay were the hosts! Tommaso and Massimo made us feel so at home! We will definitely stay here again!

This place is a GEM! Welcoming, charming, and SO CLEAN! The beds are comfortable and good eateries within walking distance. Wonderful breakfast and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend. Location isn't close to the touristy spots, but a short bus ride to the Vatican, and walkable from there.

Casa Mia Vaticano was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the vatican. The area is not much to speak of but we were there for only one night to go on the Vatican tour and it was well worth it. There were some decent restaurants within walking distance as well.

Amazing Host

We stayed two days in this Guest House. I highly recommend it. The host was very welcoming. I thought it was a hotel, because it was on hotels.com. Just to be aware it is a guesthouse.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean, modern and up-to-date. The staff arranged to have us picked up at the airport and brought to our cruise ship on the last day. They were very helpful in making recommendations for places to see and securing transportation around the city. A wonderful start to our stay!

What a warm greeting we received from Tommasso and Masimo. They even helped with our luggages and had our rooms ready with a meal served before heading to the Vaticano. The next day Rosanna had breakfast waiting for us and was kind enough to help with our early airport transfer. The high reviews I read before hand was absolutely spot on. Thank you for making us feel welcomed.

Wonderful B&B

Our stay was fantastic from beginning to check out! Thomas (sp?) was a very gracious host. He confirmed my arrival, called to check if we would be attending breakfast, makes excellent cappuccino and is just an amazing person. If we do make it back to Rome, this is where we will stay. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Area has wonderful eateries. And you will appreciate the proximity to the Vatican City. 5☆ for the budget friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Near St Peter Basilica - 15’ walk - 20-25’ to Tiber Island. Good breakfast, nice / clean triple room. Perfect for our second/leg trip to visit Rome/ Vatican City. Rosanna was very friendly helped us booking taxis from and to airport. She also let us stored our luggage after checkout til late afternoon so we can freely visit Vatican City and surrounding regions while waiting for our flight in the evening. Thanks so much Rosanna! Italy is such a beautiful country with so many nice cities/ museums/cathedrals…My family is so impressed with our first trip to Italy!

Massimo, Tomasso and Rosanna are simply the best. The greeted us upon arrival . Asked us how long we would be there. We said two nights. He emmediatly recommended we go to the Vatican Museums, booked our tour and called us a taxicab. The next day he got us tickets for the big red bus to go to the coliseum, took us outside, got us the local bus tickets and off we went. We visited St. Peter’s basilica twice. You will not find better service anywhere else. Breakfast is great, the rooms clean and building very secure. My wife Adela and I give this b&b 5/5 and a big THANK YOU!

Happy Home Away from Home

My friend, Mikhail, suggested I stay at a guest house or bed and breakfast on this trip with my teen daughter. I am sooo happy that I took his advice and picked Casa Mia as my place to rest during my two-night visit to Rome. As a woman with multiple sclerosis, I am often leery of staying in places. Fortunately, Casa Mia had a working elevator! The shower is accessible. In terms of cleanliness, Casa Mia earns 1000%. True, there can be noise in a guest house. After returning from a five-star hotel in Madrid where I had sleepless nights due to parties in rooms, I was not annoyed at all by a few minutes of guests laughing or talking loudly! Thomas is an incredible host who made me happy as a guest! When I could not walk down for breakfast, he delivered me a healthy hearty meal. Casa Mia exceeds expectations of being the guest house that it proclaims to be! Even the cleaning staff went far beyond to help me with my transportation on my departure day. I am telling friends about this place for sure!!!!
