“Enjoyable stay”
Lovely, clean hotel. The room was superb, very comfortable and clean. The desk staff were very helpful and spoke good English, our transport got cancelled so the man at the desk booked another for us. The restuarant staff were helpful but didn't understand English too well, the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone to anyone thinking of staying here.
“What a surprise”
The people in the hotel was very friendly, specially Susy in the front desk, every day, gave us a reference of the must see places, and everything was right on the dot, the breakfast in the morning was good, the location was excellent, Termini station was 3 blocks away, for me was a secure area, me and my wife came late everyday and we found no problems.

Hotel very close to the train station. Not fancy from the outside. Very nice on the inside. High Tech room key. Very friendly staff.
“Your very own little oasis in Rome”
Since the hotel is working to combine to buildings, the entrance is separate from the lobby. Other than that quirk, and a old wood (charming) elevator, it was great. The rooms are very simple, but extremely clean with elegant bathrooms. Concierge very helpful and friendly. Also 1 block from all public transportation. Couldn't be simpler!

“Great place to stay!”
The hotel is a wonderful resource from the staff to the location. Just a block from the local termni and very close to the most major attractions. I would definately stay again at this location. Thanks for the great stay in Italy!
“Very nice and convenient for seeing the attractions!!”
Great, Great, Great!!! We were impressed with this hotel. Nice room, big bathroom with an awesome shower and the staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The noise from the road area was minimal and the area is under construction, but other than that, it was a very nice place. It took us about 15-20 minutes to walk to most attractions and the Termini(train) is about 5 minutes from building.

Service was fantastic at this hotel - very friendly staff. They gave us tips on the best ways to see sights and save money. They were helpful with bus information. Good location near the Termini station. Small room (typical European size), but was clean and nicely decorated. Room was very quiet - we opened the windows a crack each night for fresh air - and didn't hear any street noise. Only negative was that the beds were really hard!

Great hotel for the price. The room was larger than most European hotels. Excellent service, when we went to an early tour they packed our breakfast for the day of our tour with no extra charge. I would definetly stay here again!
“great location once you find it”
we booked our trip months in advanced on expeda and when we where leaving british airways went on strike and cancelled on flight from houston. we finnaly got a flight to chicago then to london and the to rome. they did their best during the strike and i was happy with british airways. airlines carriers in the us could learn alot from the carriers in europe about customer service. rome is a great city would go back in a heart beat but not very clean. not a good transportion system compared to paris or spain but a great city for history. beware of the taix driver they will overcharge you and then try and get a tip i will not use them again
