“Great Hotel!”
The hotel was located near the San Diego Harbor and city sector. It was walking distance to all the major attractions. We had a view of the harbor with cruise ships coming into dock at night. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold stuff. There was coffee and tea at lobby all day long. I would strongly reccomend this hotel.
“Can't wait to come again to see other attraction I did not get to see.”
Visit to the beaches Legoland park museums and the zoo. I will be back one day to do those events with my Grandchildern.
“Great Location”
The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and has a great location. The free breakfast was a disapointment and worth what we paid for it. If you want to use the shuttle to the cruise port, make a reservation early or you will miss out. We had to take a cab, but it only cost $8.00, including tip.
“Great deal and location”
Parking is secure, easy and probably cost competitive. Location is walking distance to a lot of neat stuff. Room was very clean (my wife gave it an A+) Nearby restaurants let you choose between Ruth Christ's and Denny's (both walking distance). This will be our hotel of choice for inexpensive get-aways.

Ilost one of my bags & they did everything possible to help me locate it. All services are very, very good.
“Very impressed”
The transfer from the airport was very smooth and breakfast was good. There was plenty of food with a good taste. The room was comfortable and clean.
“Would stay here again”
Our room was right over the railroad and trolley tracks which could be annoying but we found it pretty neat. There was a train every 30 minutes or so and a trolley evey 15 minutes up until midnight. It added to the ambiance! Our family also had a room on the far side of the hotl and did not see either nor were they quite as loud. You can walk two blocks and be in Little Italy or at the bay.

Was very impressed with this Hotel. Staff very friendly, great breakfast, great location and a very comfortable room. Stayed one evening before a cruise, and an evening after the cruise. Next time I will allow more time in San Diego and will definitly stay here !
“Great location!”
Hotel is located a block from the harbor. If you get the right room location, you could have a great harbor view. On the other hand, if you get the east facing rooms, you are next to Amtrak rail which run quite often.
