“Comfortable room, reasonable price, great location”
My husband and I stayed in one of the rooms with a private bath. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relatively spacious, The location couldn't be beat: about 2 blocks from the Powell Street BART station. The windows were double-paned, blocking out almost all of the street noise from our 5th floor room. We would definitely stay there again.
“I would stay at the Moser again !”
My stay at the Moser was wonderful. The location was ideal. The room was cute and comfy ( perfect for me). and the staff was amazing. Sharing the hall bathrooms was fine, they were modern, clean and neat.
“Excellent for College Students on Buisness Trips”
My experience at The Mosser hotel was perfect in meeting my accommodation needs. The rooms were always clean, simple, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the sink was convienent as well as the closet. It may be small, but for a college student traveling for buisness, it was perfect. Specifically, my room couldn't have been in a better spot. It was right next to the bathroom and the shower. Being on the second floor right next to the stairs, I just took it up and down to get outside. The location of The Mosser was also unbelievable. It was literally just a block away from the Powell BART station, my buisness office, and the San Francisco Moscone Center. Would I ever stay here again? You can count on it.
“Simple, Clean, and Welcoming”
The staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful. I like the modern style aesthetically. The space is small in the room, but as long as you don't plan on lounging there, it's fine. A room with the toilet and shower down the hall worked fine for me.
“lost for words !”
It was like, I was at home, #1 and I will be back.
“Perfect weekend getaway spot”
Great overnight/weekend stay! Best location and price! Room was very clean and the staff was really great and helpful. Room was a little small but it's San Fransisco... To be expected.
“Completely satisfied”
I would definitely stay here again. As noted in most other reviews, the rooms are very small, but they were really clean and well designed, so I didn't mind. We had a Queen Delux, so we had a bathroom inside of our room, but we had to walk by a number of shared hallway bathrooms and they all seemed very clean. The sink was outside of the bathroom in the other corner of the room (the room was only about 9 feet wide). The bath tub was really deep and I enjoyed a bubble bath every night of my 4 night stay. No closet, but they did have some poles sticking out of the walls with a total of six hangers, so I was able to hang some dresses so that they didn't wrinkle. No air conditioner, but a pretty hefty ceiling fan and keeping the window cracked, did the job. Walls are paper thin, but it really wasn't an issue. Great location, steps away from all mass transportation. We walked to Fisherman's Warf and to AT&T field for a Giant's game. Took the Bart and Muni for the Mission and Haight/Golden Gate Park areas, respectively. We parked a block over on 3rd, but it was a bit steep at $33 per night. Tons of options for food/coffee/shopping within a one block radius. Overall a great experience, I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.
“3 Weeknights”
Small rooms, and it's not too hard to hear neighbors, running water etc, but the rooms are clean and beds are comfy.
“best hotel ever”
you cannot ask for a better hotel.it's very clean.the staff are always ready to help and very friendly.rooms are perfect cleaned every day and very comfy.the hotel is beside every public transport system known to man.i have stayed there 4 times now and i always try to go there every year i go if i can.i would live ther if i could.
“Make sure to ask for room with private bathroom.”
Very clean and very well maintained. Small rooms, of course, but very well done. We were there when temp. was moderate and it was comfortable. Not sure how it would be in the summer.
