“Excellent location to serve clients in the area”
It turned out to be very convenient and reasonably priced so I could stay overnight there and visit multiple clients with out having to go back home to San Francisco in the evening.

My stay at this hotel was very good.
“Quiet, Spacious, and Clean”
Check-in and check-out were easy. This property is either rather new or recently renovated, because everything in my room was in great shape and the walls and floors were free of scuff marks, chips, etc. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and there kitchenette had a full-sized fridge, microwave, and stove.
“Close to work, but no shopd or resturants”
Very convenient to TiVo (across the street), but there are no shops or resturant s in the area.

Good and very comfortable Hotel. This says it all in a nut shell.
“New and under development”
Seems like new when I stayed. So, cleanliness wise, no problem. But in the meantime, its operation is under development and there are some missing stuff like shampoo and dryer. Hope it'll be improved by next time.
“Rooms good quality for your money, but common areas filthy”
If you are just interested in a room for the night, or some nights, and are basically coming back just to rest your head before another day's work, this place is OK. If you are looking for a fully-serviced hotel, with food, decent common areas and facilities - forget it. To be fair, it isn't advertised as such, so you get what is offered, but I was nonetheless a little shocked at the filthy state of corridors and other public areas, not reassuring if you were to be travelling with small children for example. Although a little off the beaten track, I actually walked to work - just over a mile and a half and a reasonably pleasant alternative to the must-have-a-car-whetrever-I-go syndrome.
“Smelly and Loud! Stay somewhere else.”
I specifically booked a non-smoking room and the reservation so stated. When I arrived, all they had were smoking rooms. The room smelled terrible even with window open. Why do they accept a reservation for a non-smoking room if they won't honor it! I would not stay here again! Also, there is a very loud commuter train that blows its whistle every time it passes next to the hotel from very early morning.
