“Nice and quiet”

“First time's a charm”

The first thing I look for when going to a hotel is the first impression that is made by the receptionist desk. This hotel came hot out the gates. The staff was amazingly warm and pleasant. Even as they were training a new staff member, the accommodations were swift and verbal gestures were pleasant. The room I was assigned was spacious and neat. No smells of smoke or any other odors within the room and the bathroom was quite impressive. The internet is provided free of charge along with complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and coffee in the snack area. Morning breakfast consisted of a buffet style American breakfast. Everything was hot and satisfying. The downside was that I came towards the closing half hour of the breakfast so not much was left, this was not their fault though, I am a late riser. Overall the stay here was wonderful and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“San Jose's secret Gem”

Great suburban hotel, excellent rates, fiendly staff, extra large well appointed clean rooms. Hotel interior finished like an English mansion house with lots of marble, display cases etc, very ornate and homely. Great free breakfast, lots of selection hot & cold items. Would reccommend to anyone, we had a pleasurable stay.

“Great Price-Terrific Experience”

When I booked, I wasn't sure how the hotel would be based on the price for a San Jose Area hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was wonderful. The free hot breakfast was good, refrigerator and water at no charge in the room everyday was great. The staff was fabulous. They were very courteous and helpful. The room was not completely up dated like some newer or more expensive hotels, but definitely clean and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious, huge bathrooms and nice desk for working on the Free Wi-Fi. A frequent business traveler having a comfortable work area in between meetings and at night is always important.

“Will stay there again”

I can't say enough good things about the Bristol Clarion! Excellent value for the money, excellent breakfast, beautiful large room, spacious bath with dual sinks, bar/refrigerator and large screen TV. I could not have made a better choice, and defintely will return.

“We'll be back for Christmas in San Jose!”

The two top point makers: Comfort and quiet. The front desk left something to be desired. We were never informed of the in-house breakfast or of its hours. Next time we'll know to ASK because the info wasn't forthcoming.

“A great relaxing experience”

The Bristol Hotel accommodations were very nice and relaxing. I enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel had everything I needed.
