"This property was beautiful. It is very well situated, by the grand canal, next to a vaporetto and alilaguna stop. Two minutes walk from there is the campo San Angelo which opens your discovery of Venice. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were very quiet, with shutters so we wouldn’t be woken up by the morning light. Our bed was very comfortable. We loved the bath with jets. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. There is a bar where you can have nice cocktails...

"Perfect spot in Venice. You can easily access the taxi boat through their own pier and conveniently travel by boat with a nearby stop. Additionally, it is not overcrowded and only a 10-minute distance from all important areas. Love it."

"Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything...
