“Expensive but best in Santander”
Luxury hotel. Ask for a sea view room though
“Will stay next time”
Everything was perfect, the food was good but expensive. The location was good. We did not get the kingsize bed we ordered instead it was a single and a double and the hotel was nothing like full but as it was our last day we didn't complain as it wasnearly the best hotel we had been to in four weeks

very impressive hotel. there are some rough edges but geernally everyhting is tip top as you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. good location if you don't mind walking as you're 20 min walk to santander centre and 5 min walk to a variety of beaches. gym is free but spa costs. however, at that time, day spa use is thrown in if you have a treatment. overall very worth it
“Best hotel we've ever stayed in!”
Staff could not have been more helpful & efficient. We were able to request a special pillow for a neck problem. Staff also multi-lingual & very friendly (not always the case in upmarket hotels.
