"Excellent service. Free shuttle to and from Tendo station. They also managed to keep and deliver our luggage to station after check out. There is a tax free shop and supermarket within walkable distance. Dinner and breakfast is good and fulfilling. Onsen is relaxing."

"Clean and spacious room. It kinda expensive in ski season, but still the best choice at Zao, Yamagata. Smoking room is near the lobby, which is a really bad design, you can smell the stinks every time before taking the elevator. Overall, a great place to stay."

The room is large with a personal onsen in which we can soak our tired bodies as much and as long as possible. However, as this is a small hotel, the 3 public onsen is not crowded and you can spent alot of 'me' time enjoying the hot soak. Beside the good onsen, the food is super great as we had: - 9 course refined Japanese dinner with fresh sashimi and hot pot - 7 course refined Japanese breakfast...
