“Shortage of hot water. Great nightclub!”

Everything was great except the water in the shower would not get hot enough. It probably maxed out at about 30 degrees celsius. Same with the jacuzzi hot tub by the pool. It was set at 90 degrees farenheit. The nightclub in the hotel and the live band there were absolutely excellent!!!!

“A good value hotel with excellent transportation options”

Well presented hotel with very clean, comfortable room. Seoul is a big city so it is a 45 minute subway ride to most of the tourist attractions but there is a very convenient new subway station, Shinnonhyeon on line 9, only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel also runs a couple of shuttle buses across the city to other hotels at peak times of the day. Plenty of places to eat in surrounding area catering for all tastes. Hotel is served by KAL limo buses from Incheon airport so easy to get to and from your flights. Staff spoke good english and were helpful.

“Seoul's best hotel”

Very very clean with great service. They are one of the few hotels with ability to communicate with English. The buffet serves well too. The gym is big.

This hotel is very close to Shin-Nonhyun subway station which is one of the stations of newly open subway line #9. It was very convenient to go to Yeoui-do.

“Great Place”

Spent a few days there over the Christmas holiday. Wonderful hotel with friendly and professional staff. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Gangnam center, but still very convenient since it is steps away from the new line 9 of the Seoul subway. Would definitely stay again.

“Great Hotel”

They have a breakfast, sauna, and internet. The staff at the restaurant speaks minimal english but the front desk staff was very helpful. Close to a bussiness street with many coffee shops and restaurants. Get a room in the back of the hotel. The front part has a view of an office building. The back has a beautiful view the Gangnam district. Overall, a nice hotel at a good price.
