"This was the BEST hotel we stayed in during a 10 day trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. We loved walking around Sorrento and the rooftop terrace. Every time we left our room, we came back to it clean. The breakfast was great and felt like an all inclusive resort. "I have been there late August, beginning of September. The superior bungalow (Ciliegio) was nice and clean but the 3 of us founded very small. Great for a couple. Bathroom OK, spacious, powerful shower. It would have been helpful having a shelf on the sink. The door lock wasn't working. The pool was nice, remember you'll need a swimming cup for the pool. Breakfast was amazing and although the rooftop terrace bar was only open our last afternoon/night we loved the ambiance of this area.
