“Very satisfied”
We were very pleased with the accomodations. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was AWESOME. Very impressed with how well they kept items out. Someone was always there checking. The only complaint we had was that when we used the hot tub someone had spilled chips along the back of it and we noticed in the morning that they were still not picked up.
“Wish we would stayed somewhere else”
Guess can't complain too much as price was low. Kind of had that old smell covered by room fragrance. Breakfast was fairly good.
“Will Not Return”
The staff at the hotel was generally not friendly and was very unhelpful. They seemed put out every time we tried to ask a question and never seemed to know the answers without checking with someone else. The pool was FREEZING and the hot tub was bath-water warm. There were never towels available by the pool and we were told that the front desk staff could not get any both times we asked. We were unable to get an "early" check-in by 40 minutes and were also not able to get a "late" check-out of one hour. We did have a good meal in the morning and the staff at the breakfast area was friendly. Those were the only good things about the hotel ad we will not return.

This AmericInn is just off I-94, in an area with just a couple of hotels and gas stations, but it's not too far from the heart of things in St Cloud. It was clean and quiet, with the usual free breakfast of waffles, danish, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and juices. The beds and pillows were hard as a rock, but for a place that not only accepts pets with a reasonable fee, but it doesn't automatically stick you in a smoking room AND it provides a clean-up station stocked with bags, I'll put up with hard beds. The pool and hot tub area was clean and stocked with towels. We didn't use the pool, but the hot tub was comfortably hot.
