The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water…

Our suite was horrendous! For the money we paid there should not have been fruit flies a massively stained couch dirt all over the floor spelled coffee when we first got in there it was gross! The waterpark was OK, but there were kids running around in diapers that were not meant to be in the pool, the bar staff at the Mississippi Grill were so rude and oddly enough they ran out of cheeseburgers, which is not my biggest complaint, but I find that really weird the noise and the level of disgusting took this place to a whole new level and I I went on vacation in Wisconsin Dells and I thought that was bad. It does not compare to this place!

The experience was honestly amazing. The staff every single one was so kind and caring. They treated everyone amazing. They went above and beyond for me when my rental vehicle key fob was not working and 5 staff member included the front desk manager came and we put our heads together an opened it. When that didn’t work they gave us free food and allowed us to wait for roadside assistance comfortably. I will definitely recommend and will be back for sure. They were in such good spirits too with spring break and craziness happening! Keep up the great work! Ps food was great too!

Beautifully updated hotel rooms and common areas! Friendly staff that is very accommodating with requests. The water park could use updating, but that didn’t stop us from having lots of fun. The poolside restaurant had a good food and drink menu with fast service. Our room was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast buffet was perfect for families and very affordable. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!

The check in was smooth and quick, front desk staff seemed friendly enough. Get to the room, coffee rings left on all surfaces, puke stain on the carpet next to the bed. Awkward furniture and layout. Everything was loud and echoed. My daughter caught a hairball in her mouth, she is 1, we tried avoiding the floor crawl but failed after hours of trying to keep her off the dirty floor. The park is so busy, standing room only. After our swimsuits dried out, they smelt like straight urine. After many runs to the bathroom with my small children, it is not convenient. Guarantee kids are not making it to the bathroom due to the poor location out of site of parents and fall risk. Frustrating with how many families you serve, lacking changing areas for babies. The bathroom by the pool was absolutely disgusting. I almost lost my marbles with how much hair and water and questionable things on the floor in about a half inch of standing water. We waited 2 hours for towels. Especially how much we paid. We felt like we needed to go home and disinfect everything. Lots of young children are out in floaters and left unattended. I had to save a random kid from drowning that was approximately 3 and unattended. We have given this place 2 visits now. First was just the water park visit and then the overnight stay. Both left feeling gross, overwhelmed by how many people, and relieved to be leaving. We will not be back.

Clean room and I called to make sure the water park would be open on Wednesday… they said yes as they have spring break hours and that we could come check in at 2pm and start swimming right away. Normal check in is at 4pm. You can buy food and beverage in the water park area. The fried pickles are seriously the best I’ve ever had.

It was so incredibly expensive for the value. The room we stayed in was over $300 including taxes for a room they only charge $164 on a weekday. The hotel was over crowded and I truly dislike that you can only use the stairs in an emergency. If you won’t let people use the stairs then you need more than 2 elevators.
