"Need better rooms "

"Thisbwas not the hotels fault. I wasbsuposed tovget a jacuzzi suite. Didnt happen. I paid tripple the amount if the cost gling thtough hotels.com DO NOT ise them. But the room was discusting. I used to clean rooms back in my younger year's. Amd wcen now i am on site caretaker. Someone needs to get with the program here. The products. Tobise for grime, easy, a drill amd a hatd brirssle brush bit! Bam! I love the staff they where awsome with my ESA dogs. And with all thebissues Exledia or gotels.com gave me"

"Our stay at this Quality Inn was overall much better than another hotel we had previously booked in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent — close to restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. It is also connected to House of Pizza, and guests receive a 10% discount, which was a nice bonus. The only issues we experienced were related to noise. Around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday night, there was a loud disturbance in the hallway involving someone screaming, which woke me up. Then during checkout in the morning, there appeared to be a disagreement between employees at the front desk that was also quite loud. Aside from those incidents, the stay was positive overall, and I would consider staying here again because of the cleanliness, convenience, and location."
