Staff was not very attentive and young. When we arrived, we waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes until a young woman finally came to the desk. She didn’t apologize for making us wait or thank us for waiting. Shower head fell apart. Hotel was clean, however we were disappointed with our stay. We heard a lot of hype about this hotel, but do not think the price is worth the stay.

I have been charged by both Expedia and the hotel. My original stay was delayed by one day due to the bad weather in Minneapolis. Expedia told me to talk to the hotel and the hotel told me to talk to Expedia. It’s impossible to get through to anyone who can sort this out and make a decision. Very unhappy with the process. The hotel room was note clean I had a severe rash and complained to the front desk. My guess is that there was an animal staying in the room before who had fleas. The staff did nothing and just ignored me.
