"I was very disappointed that I chose the option on Expedia for onsite parking and when I arrived at check in the staff informed me that they do not honor extended parking when booked with a third party. I paid a higher rate on the app for parking, and it was not honored. I had to pay to park at the airport for the duration of my vacation."

"Wonderful hotel in a great location, especially if you're attending an event at Target Center. You can use the Skywalk to go right into the venue without going outside, which is great if it's wintertime. The rooms are spacious, the staff is super-friendly and helpful. The lobby restaurant has great food. The only ding is that ice and vending is only located on two floors, but that's a minor quibble. I highly recommend The Royal Sonesta. "
