"I didn’t have one complaint about this hotel. The staff (especially Aaron at the front desk and Jill with the shuttle) were all nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. "Great Wolf Lodge was so much fun! The kids had a great time and the staff was very friendly. Heads up though, the check in process was a torturous wait, with only two staff at the registration desk at 4pm for such a large property with a 4 pm check in. The self check in kiosks did not work for us, since we booked through Expedia. That left us quite stressed with a two year old screaming and wanting nothing more than to go swimming."
