“Nice Scenery”
A great hotel, but be careful when checking in. They tried to switch me over to their Tower Hotel down the street because they said they were too full. I was very insistant on staying at the Lakeside hotel so they magicly found a room available. I'm glad I stood my ground, it was well worth it.

This hotel was very clean and in a safe part of town. There were plenty of choices for food close by. I did not have many dealings with the staff since I had no issues over my two day stay, but my few dealings upon checking in and out were with very friendly and helpful staff. I would definately stay there again.

This was a great hotel. The rooms are very clean and up to date. And the location is wonderful being right in Westport Plaza we could walk to several different restaurants. The staff is very helpful too.

Wonderful bed! Very pleasant & helpful staff. Nice amenities. Nice restaurant & bar. Beautiful courtyard. Not the easiest to find, but worth the hunt!

My stay was so good I had to write a review about it! I had a conference here last week and everything went so smoothly; a very professional & seasoned staff. I enjoyed myself so much that I booked an additional night to spend more time in Westport Plaza. The rooms are spacious and mine had a view of the lake out back (great for early morning jogs or sunset strolls). There is so much to do here and the staff is very knowlegeable about the area (and their 18 restaurants). This place is like its own little city that you really don't ever have to leave. Perfect for a conference or just vacation. A+
