“nice and inexpensive”

this is a pretty nice place for the price we paid, the rooms were nice a 4 out 5, but the whole place looked qute pleasing outside, nice pool, which is why i give it a 5,,,,, we only spent one night but next year we are considering a week in one of there efficiency rooms

“Great price with friendly staff”

Staff was friendly. Would like to thank Heather and Eric for helping my mother. The rooms were clean, but furniture was dated.

The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We used the pool was blue and clean. Room was very clean, but dated. Breakfast was decent for what we paid for the room.

The hotel was nothing fancy but clean, in a cool location, and comfortable. It served its perfect and was good for the price.

“Overall nice player, Manager was nice, poor AC Sys”

Air conditioning system poor...got nice and cold, turned it down, got hot so turned it up again and had problems getting it cold after that. Good AC a must in Florida

Non-smoker...yes, no one was actually smoking when we arrived but they had been.

“Not a good place to stay”

The bathroom was tiny and had a dank odor. The sink was outside the bathroom and there was only 1 bar of soap. Breakfast was very limited and there was no milk for coffee or tea.

“Our experience”

We were very disapointed with the bed ( mattress didn't fit the frame and it was lumpy# the bathtub was very old and the tile was cracked and the grout was discolored #we even saw a couple of unknown bugs) the maid service was excellent and they did an excellent job considering what they had to work with. This hotel would be an ideal place to stay if they would spend some money replacing the mattresses, the bathtub, the tiles around the tub and simply doing an upgrade.

“Not Again”

I was early in checking in and the staff person stated that I could have a room that was ready. I went to the room and the staff had not cleaned the toilet from the previous guest. I immediately reported this to the staff and was given another room but seeing this put a disguisting sickness in my memory. I was totally dissatisfied
