Loved the front desk guy! BUT something’s you should know.. there are no towels or rags beyond the initial set NO EXTRA ANYTHING beyond what’s given the first day. Not the cleanest of places but you get what you pay even still I was like okayyyyy but they are “renovating” we had extra guest come stay a few nights, roaches. But again staff was friendly

Bare bones, but worth the rate.

The low rate attracted us, but you get what you pay for. This was very bare bones living. No dishes, pots or pans are provided. You only get 1 towel and wash cloth a piece and 1 roll off toilet paper. Bed linens are replaced once a week. Office hours are 11-6, closed Sundays. You are expected to use on-site laundry. Next time we'll know to bring kitchen items. You get what you pay for, but the rate was worth it in the end.

Inexpensive and vibrant experience.

Apparently this property is “on the wrong side of the tracks” and by the jail, it attracts a very vibrant crowd who appear to live there month to month, loud late at night but no one up and around during business hours type guests. The hotel staff were very friendly at the check, and overall it worked out for my needs, might not book again though.

1st off room very smelly.. A/C kept kicking out.. eventually someone fixed it....RS every Wed. No fresh towels during stay.There were ROACHES and small bugs!! Asked room to be sprayed I was told “ this is Florida there will be bugs!!!”Well I live in Fla and the bugs can be controlled with proper spraying..Front desk and cleaning Staff were pleasant!! Only plus in this stay
