Great property. The staff was amazing and very nice. The furniture could use some updating but overall very happy with our stay. The pool is amazing and heated. The hot tube was great but broken the last few days. You are steps to the beach. Great vacation and we will be back.

This is probably the best place to stay in treasure Island. We have been here many times over the years and it never disappoints. The suites are a little dated but the condo property managers are slowly improving the units. There is a lovely eatery that is reasonably priced and a modest beach bar. The pool is nice for dipping, but don’t expect anything Grand. Given the amount of people that the complex can accommodate. It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Johns Pass. There is also a really nice waslking path that starts directly to the south of the property.

Ok so honestly.. I had a bad start to this vacation. There was a miscommunication and they checked me into a dirty room. They “cleaned” the room (not well) I was still very upset. I stayed here for a week and no one else had an experience like me. Everyone’s else had a great check in and clean rooms. Even me my friend that came with us. Her room was great. So I think I just got a bad draw.. the price and convenience of this place I will 10/10 recommend!! All staff so friendly, bar and beach staff make you feel like family! Everything is in walking distance ( if you able bodied) Ubers are cheap and there is an easy trolly. Hotel provides laundry soap, dish soap and other reins you might need. Having a kitchen is a huge money saver for a family vacation. Great place to stay! I do recommend

Under renovation when we stayed so everything (elevators, stairways, beach access) was taped off. The noise and dust were ridiculous. The beach was being worked on. Very limited kitchen items available. When we asked when the grinding of the concrete walkways would be done, we were told Tuesday yet it was still going on Friday when we left. I would dedinitely call and ask if they are still renovating before booking. It may be a great property if they are done. I would find another property if they are still working on it.

Description was accurate- angled beach view, two pools (lovely warm heated) and tiki bar and restaurant! Great to have two bedrooms and space! Right off beach which was fantastic white sand. Downside- lots of families with lots of kids- great multigenerational get away but not a quiet romantic place.

The beach view was good. The staff was at times very rude when we logged complaints about our accomodations. The room was the most disgusting place. It was filthy from top to bottom. A cabinet door was falling apart, there was trash in the microwave, the washer was cruddy, the dishwasher stunk, one TV had fallen off the wall. Etc etc etc.

This was a beautiful property with very friendly staff. The room was very clean and well supplied. I loved the direct access to the beach. We had a few quirks while we were there— internet went out on the tv and had to be repaired at 9:40 at night, but they were there and they did. Also the smoke alarm went off in the morning while we were still in bed and wouldn’t quit for 15 minutes, There was no dependable reason, and then it quit with out anyone attending to it. Weird things, but nothing to make the stay bad.
