Location, location, location. Very close to the beach. It was very spacious, great views. Our had partial view but to us it was not partial, the views were great. I traveled with family, our 77 yr old mother and our 99 yr old grandmother and they loved it. The pool was good. The only thing is that there was no coffee, there was a a coffee machine so make sure to bring your coffee, sugar, salt. There are few restaurants around so make sure you bring enough food. The onsite cafeteria is very limited and prices are very high. There is an ice cream place within walking distance and a Circle Kay store accross the street. Bring your water, there is no water and you will need that. Parking is limited, only one assigned parking and no overnight offsite parking around this place. The place has a washer and dryer and they leave detergent and dish soap for you to use. There are plenty of dishes in case you want to cook. There are umbrellas, chairs and cavanas for a price and you have to pay in cash. Beach access is through by the pool, again just a few steps, it was great for my 99 year old grandmother. We would stay again, the views are great, the water was great and the customer service was great. The check in was a little hectic because there are only 2 spaces to park while you check in but the staff was quick and great. We only stay for 2 nights, but we had a great time with the family.

Everything was excellent from top to bottom! Every single person on staff from front desk to maintenance to janitorial were very nice & helpful. Room was dated & there were a couple of spots that could be cleaned better, but overall it was well worth it! Easy access to the beach. Great pool access. We can't wait to visit again!

Tea restaurant there is a joke. We ordered hamburgers, half of the table, and I don't know. What dog food tastes like? But it was not beef. The waitress adds 18% gratuity, automatically. All she did was bring our food. Breakfast for one adult and 2 small children was 65. Dollars, and all they got was pancakes. One gap, French, toast and the other got an omelet. Do not eat there. The food is horrible.

Nice two bedroom condo, short walk to the beach. Nice pools open to 10pm. Conveniently located near shopping centers and Publix grocery market. Make sure to check out the St. Pete and Tampa downtown areas as well.

Condo was in a great location. Unit was a tad dated but very clean. Comfy beds. Little Cafe had great coffee and breakfast. We were only there 1 day for a quick stop over during a girls trip so we didn't use appliances etc.. we were supplied pool towels, although we had our own so we used ours . We checked in, went to the pool, which was great. Went out for awhile then came back to sleep. Stayed here 20+ years ago so booked it again for girls trip.

Stained outdated furniture, no ice provided, ice maker in our freezer did not work, had to wash our towels as they do not switch them out, stained comforter, night front desk girl was rude and not accommodating. About the only thing nice was assigned parking! Tiki bar was ridiculously expensive for drinks even with the 15% discount. We will not being staying here again

Property was amazing. We fit our family of five no problem. Kitchen utensils could use a make over though. We had breakfast daily with 2 other families that came and stayed in other units and the cookware was not that great but thats the only not so negative thing I would say. We had a bonus thunder and lightening storm at night and it was amazing watching it over the ocean at night I would highly recommend this place
