“From Ohio”
Was nice and affordable. Not to many things to do on Ulmerton, but it is not to far from Gulf Blvd. Theirs a Publix across the street and a nice Grille/Bar. The pool area was nice and the room was clean.
“Not clean”
It is close to airport. The room is not clean.
“Overall a nice stay, nee”
The hotel was nice for the value, quite, convenient to restaurants, My personal favorite was "Five Guys, Burgers and Fries". Within walking distance to Panera Bread. Needed a hair dryer and more pillows, bed was small blankets were not very comfortable.
“nice and clean not real close to attractions”
I was pleased with the condition of the hotel room , I received nice customer service.I would stay there again.
“Destressed”
Wanted to meet an old friend and hook up this hotel was just perfect, right location, right size room. Very quiet. We're going back sometime, live 20 miles apart but must meet somewhere and this hotel was what we needed. We only meet b/c of my children, he and I are not married, were married to each other. Thank you Homstead for giving us one night together again.
“Housekeeping is extra”
Plan to stay 7 days or the housekeeping and other services is extra. You can go to the office if you need more room supplies at no cost, but if you want the housekeeping staff to deliver room supplies will cost you extra. If you want full service to your room it is even more. If you use the laundry room pay attention to the arrows on the dryers. The arrows are between the upper and lower dryer and if push the wrong botton for the cycle you could be paying for another dryer in use extended drying time. I was reinbursed for my mistake.
“Review”
Floor was dirty, could see it when you step into tub with barefeet. Bed was very firm. Pillows were trash. Had to ask for new ones after first night. O/S chair was not comfortable.
“Sad Service”
I arrived at 9 pm. I had pre-paid so I only needed to check in and pick up a key. It took over 15 minutes to be processed. After that, finding the last guests' dirty socks under the chair was not a big surprise.
“Extended Stay Hotel”
Needs to be in the advertising, this is an extended stay/apartment type motel. You get what you pay for here.
“Not Impressed”
Kind of run down and dirty. Pillows were missing. Asked for lotion at front desk, they said they were "out", when there was a sign there to ask if you needed things.
