"We stayed here because it's right across the street from the Northfields Tube station which is about a 20 minute Tube ride from Heathrow Airport. It's not a luxury hotel or one with a lot of character, but it was comfortable and Patrick, at the front desk, was wonderfully helpful. We were undisturbed by trains running on the tracks just below our room--some noise, but not a problem for us."

"I initially booked our stay for just one room to sleep 5, when we arrived the hotel very kindly upgraded us to a 2 bedroom flat with bathroom. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. One of the bedrooms had the water tank in so it was noisy and there was no soap in the bathroom. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient."

There were numerous places to eat and my room was clean, tidy, equipped with a spotless en-suite, a comfy bed and air conditioning. Everything I needed for my stay. I did ask for a quiet room as I needed to work prior to my meeting. "Dirty room that smelled of unwashed male feet. Room old and in poor condition. I could not use my CPAP machine as the only electric socket was on the other side of the room. The facility was well below what I expected to fine in a Best Western hotel. A very sorry smelly experience."
