We had family studio room 9, and the bathroom was VERY small. Shower was in a TINY bathtub and this made showering very difficult. The hot water was very unreliable and unpredictable with minimal water pressure. However, I did see other rooms as we were leaving, and their bathrooms were much nicer and much larger. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was handy, room was clean. Beds were comfy.

Two free drink tickets were a surprising bonus. We had no hot water in the morning but we called the reception and it was solved quickly.

It is a bit of a surprise to walk into a bar for check in. Not sure i liked that especially with little kids. The outside isnt the greatest. Smell of smoke and quite dark but the inside make up for it. Its clean and beds are soft and very comfortable. Beddings are also nice. There was no milk provided so couldn't make tea or coffee. There was free water bottles provided which was nice and free drink vouchers at the bar.

Had issues with lighting as only one was working and not the whole 3 ceiling lights,fan and suction in bathroom were not working.The staff relocated us to another room all went great from there on.

Hot shower and Bathroom are nice and clean with complete toiletries... The room and bed is comfortable and with great space for a family of 4. And also I was given a 4 drinks stubs ( beer/ cola , other tefreshments)upon check-in for free! although, next morning, the only drinks we consumed are water, milk and instant coffee . Thank you!

Rooms were compact but very well equipped. I particularly liked that a QR code put all the hotel Q & As into your phone. The spacious bathroom had a rainfall shower and all the amenities including real soap (I dislike body wash, although this was also supplied). Bottled water in the fridge and a complimentary drink each in their bar was also a nice touch. Excellent value for money and would definitely stop here again if we were in the area.

Our stay was wonderful although the view from our window from of a brick wall with wires running everywhere. A heavy down pour of rain one night resulted in the roof leaking and dripping water onto our bed in the middle of the night. But it was all made up by the wonderful staff good service and great pizzas.

other guests were loudly speaking/yelling in corridor and slamming doors from midnight until 2am then the smoke alarm woke us at 7.30am, and it continued as we went out for breakfast and it was still going off 40 mins later as it appears there are no staff onsite overnight. The extra towels and water was a nice thing to find at our for the remaining night. Next night there was no issues thankfully. Stayed again a few days later and there were no issues with loud guests, hopefully a once off.

Had an issue with the room and staff switched us to another room. Bed reasonably comfortable. Shower takes ages to get to temp and then it's difficult to get the right temperature e.g not scalding and not freezing. Overall reasonable for price.

If on booking in and they give you room 6- ask for another room. Comfortable bed and TV had Netflix but that was all that was acceptable. Air conditioning unit outside the bedroom window was exceedingly noisy all night, could hardly open the sliding shower door as it was off its tracks, room and corridor smelt of smoke. Certainly consider if you are a good sleeper or not as road noise excessive. Check in staff were friendly and helpful.

Its really terriblae. What we have booked online , on qrrival we were offered something else but hotel staff was so nice and helped us with this dilemma and helped us to get what we have paid for.
