“Great facilities, great service”
Room very well priced and extremely comfortable. Right across the road from railway station and buses every 10 minutes. Great choice of eating options, but be mindful this is a 4.5 - 5 star hotel and the restaurant prices are a bit high. Family with young children, even though kids ate free = $90 + dollars for dinner for us. Basic breakfast = $25 per person, Full breakfast = $30 per person.
“will stay again”
Your hotel is in an excellent location for as we have family and friends in the nearby suburbs. Railway station across the road, carparking, walking distance to Paramatta, supermarket and other eating places closeby.Will definetly come back and stay with you.
“Great mid-week family stay”
We had a mid-week stay. Plenty of room in the suite - we have 2 young children & found no problem with space in the room. Once the sofa bed was unfolded - it was a tight fit, but it was bed-time & no-one needed to move around much. The pool area is spotless - the kids had a lot of fun. Half-price breakfast and kids eat free in the cafe - so this made eating the hotel very affordable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and anyone that asked. Staff were very friendly, efficient and kind.
“Great Sydney stay with kids”
Fantastic inexpensive way to visit Sydney. You can travel into Sydney CBD easily by car or river cat. Only an hour to the blue mountains. Very close to supermarket and fast food options. Great room size. We travelled as a family with two children. Good sized and comfortable sofa bed. Restaurant was great with kids eating free. Kids loved the indoor pool. Only criticism was that the spa was cold.
“good place, but too far away from the city”
It was a very nice place, a bit dated, but nice, great staff. The place is an over hour away from the city and costly with the taxis and trains to get anywhere to do anything The only thing in the area was a race track and a Hooters
“sleep and go”
the hotel is good for a sleep only not to hang around in.

the only problem we had was the air con swithched off during the night it was to hot

Average hotel for the price we paid. The shower had hardly any pressure (shower head kept falling down also) & it looked like it was due for a renovation. There was also a bit of noise from the racetrack which is nearby. Other than that the beds were clean & comfortable ~ if you're on a budget then this hotel is ok.
“Not a good night sleep, unless you are a couple or a single, forget the kids”
We did not get the room we thought we had requested, it was meant to be a double room, or a larger room with 2 seperate smaller beds for the kids, instead we had a queen room, and the divan was pulled out for the 2 children, it took up most of the room, not easy to walk around, and the children 1 boy and 1 girl needed to sleep in the same bed. It was a bit cramped, and not a good experience as the children refused to sleep, which made it hard. If we had known the room was like that, we would not have stayed at this hotel.
“wouldn't go back.”
Pool was grotty. Gym was noisy and small. Towels were not replaced in room. Had door handle signage stolen. Had magazines left by door for 1 minutes stolen. Front staff friendly, however cleaners not.
