"The Charme Henry house hotel is an old hotel and rustic. It’s the staff that makes this hotel work. Warm and enthusiastic, they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The breakfast selection is superb. Yes I would stay here again. Keep in mind the street side is noisy. Recommend you use their valet service, driving in Ortigia is bad enough, parking is problematic."

With an attached restaurant for drinks & snacks it’s very convenient. Only drawback is finding parking in the local lots as the parking is very difficult in the area. "There was no parking near this B&B. We parked in a parking garage near the waterfront at the entrance to the island of Ortega for 15 euro/day. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the B&B and is worth the walk d/t it’s central location. We also did not have breakfast on site but were given coupons for a nearby cafe. This happened to us a couple of times this trip & we are wondering if it is because November is slower season & it is easier for the host to give out coupons in lieu of preparing...
