“Very convenient airport hotel”

The room was obviously recently redone and, although cozy, it was fine for the quick overnight before our flight. The airport is right there within walking distance, actually. The van transport is very speedy, too. The hotel has no elevator, so request a first floor room if you need it. The breakfast was decent. It was typical continental breakfast, with a few microwavable breakfast sandwiches available. The bar is small, but well-stocked. Our dinner was ok. Service was friendly. The check in was quick, but the desk clerk forgot to tell us that we needed a tag for our car. So we could have gotten towed. Also, note that parking for park and fly is NOT included, as at some other hotels. It's less than the airport per day, but not all that cheap.

I found my stay to be very satisfying.....convenient and close to the airport. Staff was very helpful. Especially liked the airport shuttle service.

I returned my rental car at the airport the night before the flight and the hotel shuttle came to pick me. The room was nice and comfy, but the pillows could have been bigger.

What a joy to stay overnight at the Best Western Hotel Syracuse Airport Inn in New York State. Wonderful staff attitude towards customers, comfortable beds in well maintained rooms and the most amazing poolside gardens including Banana Palm Trees........I kid you not! Banana Palm Trees poolside in upper New York State....all the staff that I dealt with on site were very helpful regarding room accommodations, assistance of any kind, shuttling too and from the airport, suggestions for getting around the area, things to do, places to go.........excellent attitude regarding any requests.............. I have stayed there three times this spring and service is consistent as is the quality of continental breakfast, cleanliness and overall experience! Well done! I will return.

“Close to Airport”

Very clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff especially in restaurant. Right next to airport so great place to stay if you have an early morning fliht. Shuttle to and from airport leaves frequently and you can park free at the hotel while away. However, if you leave on the first shuttle at 4:15 AM, You are`tole "it is first come, first serve." That is fine but the hotel desk has no tracking system to track who gets to lobby first so some late arrivals push ahead of people who were first. Was fearful my 84 year old mother would be pushed aside. Would suggest that they develop a system or add more than one van for the first run.

“Perfect Airport Hotel”

Offers many amenities--morning buffet, shuttle, computer access to print out boarding passes. The bar has good tap beers. Excellent location for early morning flights from SYR. Friendly staff.

Great convenient place right at the airport. Travelling with a cat and they were very accommodating. Liked the coffee maker in the room.
