Rarely saw anyone at desk- had to wait for someone to wander by asking if I needed help to go find staff for check-in. Our sheets and comforter and mattress pad were all dirty. The mattress pad had dried blood on it. The sheets were ripped and they had something left on them as well as the comforter. We made a complaint and they did not bring sheets to us. We had to get them and change the bed in order to go to sleep. There was 1 towel for two people and the shower had little pressure

Front desk clerk was very rude, confrontational. The room came with three towels, I asked if I could have Xtras, was told no, although the reservation was for five ppl. The hide away bed had dirty linen on it also the bed didn’t secure properly my grandson’s foot went through it( thought he broke his leg… God’s blessing he didn’t) the beds were VERY uncomfortable The eggs and sausages on the breakfast were cold, coffee tasted old. I was very disappointed over all with my visit here

The hotel was not clean. Rooms are outdated, especially the furniture. Our room was not cleaned when checked in and had to wait until someone cleaned it. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful but they are in a bad spot. The hotel needs serious investment in order to be a variable hotel. I was promised a discount but have yet to see it.

The evening staff was great; however, this was not a pleasant stay.The room was so dirty and old, it seemed as if no one had clean it after the previous guest. This was definitely not worth almost 300 dollars per night. I wanted to go home so badly! The great thing was the staff that came to clean the room right away and the bed, it was quite comfortable.

The staff was extremely rude. The mattress had several stains and raised mold was on it. Mattress had visible springs exposed. The bathroom had hairballs on the wall. They ran out of pillows so we had no pillows. Staff was downright disrespectful when I told them about these things.
