"This was a perfect propoerty for our family (2+2). the welcome was wonderful. The rooms were more than adequate for us. The breakfast was beautifully presented. One of our party is Coeliac and arrangements were made by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I really cannot fault this property or it's owners. We had a great time and hope to go back."

"There are 3 hotels in Italy by the same name. I thought I ordered the one that is actually in the alpes but it's not. The location is horrible in there is a lamp post on the window of all the rooms. The hotels is very old and no one knows English good enough to speak. Over all the hotel is clean but not in a good location."

"Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access. "

They had a container with a good muesli at the top. But the bottom was filled with sugared flakes. So when I tried to fill my bowl, only the sugar flakes came out. More coffee..."

"Friendly receptionist. The room that I got wasn't quite like the one in pictures. In general, it was clean, but quite small. The shower stall was especially tight. Sheets and towels were clean and fresh, but the bed mattress was really thin and soggy. It was a really short walk from the station. Okay for 1 night. Won't recommend for a longer stay."
