LOCATION FANTASTICA alle porte del paese e con tanta facilità nel raggiungere da lì il centro e tutte le attrazioni turistiche (impianti di risalita). PULIZIA delle camere e della struttura in generale. PERSONALE DI SERVIZIO cortese, preciso e rapido. CUCINA strabiliante, variegata e davvero golosa. Great hotel, restaurant offer needs looking at.

Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.

Excellent Hotel , nice and clean. Ponte de Legno is a beautiful little town with some nice places to go. The hotel has a private entrance off the SS42 which is very convenient.

Great stay in a fairytale town

Absolutely stunning hotel! There are some reviews about people complaining that they no one spoke English at this hotel but that wasn’t our experience at all, the front desk did, the bartender did, the ladies at breakfast did. It was completely fine and no one was rude to us at all. The breakfast was SO good. We didn’t stay long enough to check out the spa, but it looked really nice, it’s $30 a person for 3 hours. I think this is fairly standard. It was super easy to walk to town center, and we ate at a great pizza place. The town looks like something out of a fairytale!

Un buon hotel, dotato di spa e decisamente confortevole. Purtroppo è un pò distante dal centro e SOPRATTUTTO non è dotato di aria condizionata!!! Con le estati sempre più torride non mi sento di consigliarlo durante le varie ondate di calore estive - dormire alla notte è impossibile. Fa troppo, troppo caldo e la struttura non oddre nemmeno qualche ventilatore.

Ottima struttura, facile da raggiungere (in auto) e grande disponibilità di parcheggio. L’hotel è molto bello, la colazione ottima e abbondante, cena con livelli alti. La stanza che ho prenotato (standard matrimoniale) era abbastanza basic, ma molto grande e pulita. La Spa è molto bella e nuova, scontata per i clienti (35 euro, 3 ore). Inoltre è presente deposito sci gratuito , navetta gratuita la mattina e pomeriggio per la partenza della cabinovia. Siamo stati davvero bene! Grazie

Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access.

Hotel molto bello, camere ampie e pulite. Personale gentile, soprattutto le simpaticissime signore addette alle pulizie. Molta attenzione a promuovere la zona wellness interna, piuttosto che a servizi per visitare e godere al meglio del bellissimo territorio fuori dall’hotel.

Hotel molto bello, personale gentile e professionale. Camere ben pulite e location in posizione comoda al centro e soprattutto per le escursioni. Una piccola ristrutturazione al bagno darebbe veramente un valore in più alla struttura ed al comfort nelle camere.

La pulizia nel bagno era insufficiente. Trovata una ciocca di capelli nella doccia nel momento in cui ho chiuso la porta della doccia. Manutenzione nel bagno molto carente. Sia il portasapone nella doccia, sia il porta carta igienica, erano cadenti e muovevano sensibilmente. I profili bassi del vano doccia tutti macchiati e mancava un pezzo nella curvatura del profilo. La amalgama dello specchio era deteriorata sui bordi. La luce a soffitto nella camera non si accendeva, lampadina bruciata o mancante. Mancava una luce e su uno dei due comodini a fianco di un letto nella camera da letto. Evidentemente nessuno ha mai controllato le condizioni delle camere e se tutto funziona bene ed è in ordine. Molto male per un albergo a 4 stelle. Il personale della reception è arrogante, in particolare il Signore che ha fatto il check-in. Solo una Signora cameriera in ristorante alla colazione del mattino si è dimostrata cortese con gli ospiti. Per il resto tutti molto frettolosi. Non ritornerò in questo albergo.

Un piacevolissimo weekend in famiglia

Ci siamo trovati complessivamente molto bene. La posizione è ottima sia per passeggiate che per il centro paese, avendo anche la comodità di vari parcheggi gratuti intorno alla struttura. Struttura molto bella con un buon servizio, il personale era davvero gentile e disponibile. Il mangiare discreto ma ampia scelta. Unica pecca la temperatura in camera purtroppo non si poteva modificare e con un neonato di 3 mesi abbiam dovuto lasciar aperta la finestra di notte per far circolare un po' di aria.
