“Value for money”
A good hotel mostly used by Germans - young and old. This was reflected in the buffet food for breakfast and dinner. Friendly service in the restaurant even when arriving near the end of scheduled time. The Indoor pool was closed and the outside one was rather cold . Saturday night entertainment was good with lively dancers
“Very nice hotel with very friendly staff!”
I really liked this hotel. I would recommend it. The only thing that I would like to mention is the fact that they don't have internet access in the rooms. Therefore I had to pay a wifi service at the hotel next door and get out to the balcony to get some signal. This hotel should offer internet access. It's a 4 star hotel. I would also like to point out the gym, which was very small and 80% of the machines were out of order. Come on guys! Take the "gym" item from the hotel list if you're not gonna offer a good service. The rest was all very nice. Good breakfast and good outdoor areas. Comfortable rooms.
“Comfortable, Clean and Value”
A very comfortable hotel that represented good value. The hotel was predominately occupied by Germans of a more senior stature and the hotel was geared accordingly. The foot was acceptable but nothing particularly special. We didn't participate in any of the entertainment so can not comment on it's quality. If you are a thrill seeker then the hotel and the area in which it resides are not for you. On the other hand if what you are looking for is relaxing place to unwind in a comfortable, clean hotel with helpful staff then this represents good value. The area, La Paz is a well presented part of town with some reasonably price restaurants. Peurto de la cruz is a much quieter, cooler part of the island compared to resorts in the South. It has the usual selection of British style pubs and restaurants. In summary a relaxing and comfortable holiday at a reasonable price.

Been many times before to this hotel and find it good value for money. glad to see the sauna was opened on saturday as well as friday. good way to unwind turkish, sauna and jaccussi.

You have to like walking togo to this hotel. It is at the top of the cliffs above the main town so be prepared for a 20 minute walk to town and a v. small beach or an hour to the larger beach. Hotel does provide a bus down to both if you can't be bothered to walk. The Hotel was clean and tidy. Don't go as half board, you are sometimes treated as a second class citizen and they will try and charge you for anything. Even a glass of water with the evening meal that you have paid for. Some of the staff very friendly and but some (particularly one waiter) positively hostile. The pool outside is large and clean (but unheated) you have to really want to swim to get in but its worth it. The hotel is one of three owned by the same group, all sited together. You can use facilities at the other hotels too. The food was okay. Salad bars were really nice, but food from the Grill left alot to be desired. Stick to salads and puddings would be my advice. But for the money paid it was more than adequate. Shame about the weather (windy and cold) but then I can't blame the hotel for that. Also of note is that Puerto as a resort attracts a lot of German holiday makers - so you can practise your German as well as your Spanish.
