Activities coordinator was friendly, funny, and very welcoming. The food was great and had lots of variety over the 2 weeks. The all inclusive option was a great value for us, and made the trip stress free. Would highly recommend this resort with the all inclusive option!

The staff were very friendly, hotel felt relaxed. My criticisms are that the bed and beddings are not the most comfy, especially the very cheap pillows. If you are seeking comfort I wouldn’t highly recommend. The room generally was clean if a little noisy. Entertainment options were good, as was the massage and pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall it was a positive stay.

4 estrellas se quedan muy grandes para este hotel, de 6 ascensores solo funcionaban dos y uno de ellos era del servicio (depende del día este era el único en funcionamiento). Las habitación tenia el suelo bufado, levantado y negro. El buffet del desayuno la verdad que era muy bueno pero el de la hora de la comida… habían pocas cosas y las pocas que habían nada que ver… La cena si que fue más aceptable. Hay pocas hamacas en la piscina y dentro de la propia piscina habían residuos en el fondo de ella que flotaban cuando se meneaba un poco el agua… Sus limpiador@s unas excelentes personas y trabajadoras, quitando de una que un día ni nos limpio la habitación y nos dejo la funda de la almohada sucia, el resto todos un encanto y muy profesionales como los camareros, recepcionistas y personal vario. Toda la semana hay actividades tanto por la mañana como yoga, pilates, o acuagym y por la noche música en directo, eso nos gustó. En fin podía haber sido peor pero para nada cumplió las expectativas que teníamos al ver el anuncio.

Con todo respeto, este hotel debería plantearse una reforma,las habitaciones estan anticuados y un olor a humedad,el ascensor horror suena todo el dia como si se fuera a romper,no hay forma de poder descansar,fuimos por5 noches y solo aguantamos 2 tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel,y dejar esas noches perdidas,el personal excelente, también otra cosa estan muy enfocado al turismo inglés,casi todo es inglés,es imposible estar en la piscina no hay nunca hamacas,la comida regular se ve que de lo que sobra en la comida luego lo reutilizan en la cena,la verdad lo unico a destacar las personas tantos camareros como todo el personal del hotel excelente..
