“Totally worth the money!”
A great and quiet stay during a very busy holiday time, even being right downtown the noise level was very comfortable, loudest part was the wind that came in with the weather one of the days. Great that it is connected to the underground pathway, no matter the weather you can get almost anywhere downtown Toronto! And the breakfast buffet in the mornings was the best breakfast I have ever had at any restaurant, let alone at a hotel. Overall the most friendly and helpful staff, everything was quick and the whole hotel was quiet no matter how busy it got.
“Great stay in Toronto”
Great location, very friendly staff and helpful. The view from the rooms and scenic elevator very nice. Room was clean, classy and comfortable. Many great restaurants in the area.
“Fit for a king, at the price for a peasant.”
Very classy, very well priced place to stay. Close to a lot of attractions in downtown Toronto.
“Great hotel!”
We stayed at the hotel since it's close to my conference held at Sheraton which was over our budget. The room was clean and the services were superb. We had a great time there.
“Great experience”
The only complaint I have is the fee for wireless internet service, I believe in this day and age if you can go to Starbucks or Tim Hortons and receive free internet service it should be provided without a fee for hotel guests.
“Great location for sites in Toronto, Nice view.”
Nice Hotel, rooms were nicely appointed. Got a great deal through expedia!
“Overall a 5.”
Staff in hallways friendly, polite. Front desk helpful. efficient. Valet parking personnel super fast and efficient. View over pool quiet and interesting to watch. TV channels plentiful.
“Great Hotel”
Excellent location and the view of the CN Tower was fantastic! The room was large and very bright.
“Awesome weekend getaway...”
Great hotel in a great location for enjoying downtown TO. Despite being in the midst of a makeover, there were no disruptions and everything was great. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool.
“Very good”
Immaculate. Right in center of downtown.
