“Heavenly”
May have been the best hotel experience yet! Ate @ Toula for dinner...superb!! The city view awesome! The buffet in the morning was excellent! Variety for all palets. Popcorn & hot chocolate being served while waiting to check in. Closeness to amenities..not even 5 min walk to ACC or Union Station. Room quiet..bed heavenly, shower heavenly! Look forward to next stay! New favourite hotel in Toronto!! Highly recommend!
“Hotel staff great, but banquet staff was aweful”
I Attended a large company dinner/dance event at the Westin conference center, and stayed in the hotel section. The Hotel staff was nice when it came to my hotel reservation, checkin was fast, and efficient- excellent. However, the hotel really needs to improve on their banquet staff- The banquet staff did not smile once, and didnt seem like they wanted to be there, they cleared out plates while we were still eating and were not efficient in toping up our water glasses, or wine glasses.
“great bed quiet room”
The bed was amazing and the room was incredibly quiet which made my stay excellent. What I didn't like was there was no hotel information at all - no info on restaurants, pool hours, no map , all the information that I needed. the phone wasn't even marked with front desk or concierge, so it was not at all evident how to get the missing information.
“Great Hotel....”
Hotel staff was wonderful and friendly. A pleasant stay at Christmas time.
“Very Nice”
Close to the downtown, nice clean rooms. Comfortable. an enjoyable night.
“Good Hotel in a good place.”
Fabulous lake view from the rooms of North Tower. The hotel is right in the center of town. We really enjoyed. Service good enough.
“Great hotel”
Superb room quality and service. Location not the best, depending what you're there for.
“Westin Harbour AWESOME!”
I really enjoyed this hotel it is so amazing and the resturant on the 38th floor was a sight to remember. The staff was great right from the Valet Parking to the woman at the desk ask if we wanted a dog bed for our Dog Lexus. Very satisfied and wil eturn a few more times this year!
“Toronto's Best Hotel”
People are really helpful and nice. The only thing I had to do so I could use the mini-bar was to put a deposit of $300 cdn. before I could have the key to the mini-fridge. They have chips and candy bars in the room, but it was cheaper to go buy them from the store down the street. The hotel had great beds, Had a good sleeep. The pool is very nice and the bonus was they had life jackets for my son who can't swim. The food tasted great for room service, just remember that the charge the gatuite on to your bill. No need to tip the food servers. The hotel was real close to all the Toronto Maple Leafs games and other events. Looking to go back!!!
“Great place to stay but not for the handicapped, elderly or those with walking problems”
Excellent location for what we wanted to do and see. View was fantastic as we could see both the lake and CN Tower from our room. Our refrigerator wasn't cold so we never used it. We couldn't find an easy access to the hotel from the street level. Always had to walk up many steps, so not handicap accessible. Even had to haul up heavy luggage when we arrived. Found a phone for assistance, but that was after we were half way up the steps. We even saw a man in a wheelchair, struggling to roll himself UP the long driveway to get to the entrance of the hotel. If there was another entrance, they didn't tell us about it because I inquired.
