“Good location. Good hotel.”

Well located close to underground and City Centre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

“Hotel about OK”

The hotel is well located and in the same block as a higher category hotel. It is an 'apartment' hotel and the entrance is not easy to locate - a door with a belll to ring for access. The room is large and good value for money though the fittings have a relatively cheap look about them. The worst feature was the smell in the corridor and room - this got less with the windows open. The smell could not be identified and possibly coiuld be tobacco related but not really identifiable as such. On business my time in the room was limited and it was very reasonably priced in a reasonable location not far from the centre. I am not inclined to go there again and will look at the alternatives. The hotel was recommended to me by the French contacts in Toulouse so maybe my experience was not representative
