Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. Even so, I still would stay there again as the place is in a good location at the edge of town, the price is good, and the grounds are really beautiful."

"We spent our last two nights here before heading into the city of Tulum and it was the perfect quiet and calm environment we needed before the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in the room with the kitchenette, although some amenities weren’t working such as the kettle, we weren’t bothered by it since we mostly needed the stove top to boil water anyways. "This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."
