It has a nice fire pit, could use a little area off to the side set up for chopping wood/ storage. A BBQ would also be nice down there. Besides that I very nice place to stay, would return.

Little bit of Ucluelet heaven
We had a wonderful stay. The room had a beautiful view and we loved using the hot tub in the evening. It is a 15-20 minute walk to central Ucluelet which was nice as one night we went to Pluvio for the Chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing and didn’t want to drive. Brock answered any questions by email very quickly. It felt like we were all alone here.

Nice little studio in Ucluelet!
Beautiful studio apartment overlooking the water. I didn't meet the hosts but I received instructions by email a few days before my stay, including the code to get the keys. The room is at the top level of a bigger house and has an independent entrance. It was relatively quiet when I was staying there. The bed was very comfy and the room was extremely clean. Note that there is no shower, just a hot tub, which was nice after a long day of walking around Ucluelet and Tofino.

Great place, but....
Very nice place, very clean, all things top class like super nice towels, coffee, microwave, fridge, nice water view, etc. Had a nice deck and firepit. But there was only a tub, no shower. The tub was a nice jetted one, but right in the bedroom with no privacy. So don’t take your teenage kid there or it’d be pretty awkward. If you like baths, the room’s a 10, but that was a huge negative to me.

Thanks for your review, yes agreed this room is really geared towards couples or a single. The large jetted tub in the room is great for a couple or a single to enjoy :) The firepit and shared hot tub on the seaside deck guests definitely enjoy. There's only a couple of rooms at this location so the Hot Tub and fire pit feels almost like it's your own. Thanks again for staying with us and should you travel with your teenage son we also have 2 private cabins that would be a perfect fit on this property.
