The hotel offered what you would expect from Fairmont. Only negative was we had to drop off a rental car which is across from domestic arrivals and you have to walk a long distance to the hotel to the end of International flights. They did however offer a ride to check in or security in the morning. Thankfully.

Fast and easy check in at terminal. Worth noting is the quiet due to the glass in the windows at this hotel are extra soundproof and thick allowing for viewing the runways and take off of aircraft without the noise factor one might assume would come with a hotel at the airport.

Everything was perfect except the bed mattress. When you got anywhere close to the edge it had such a slope on it that you felt like you were going to fall off. No support at all.

Gap in bathroom doors into room on both sets of doors: felt it was either shoddily made or old. Only a few packets of sugar. Only an expresso Keurig so couldn't have plain coffee. No microwave or fridge. Really expected better from a high-rated hotel. Would not recommend it.

Always great staying at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport. We live an hour away and when we have an early flight it’s so convenient. Doesn’t hurt that the hotel & rooms are amazing.
