was a great stay! found hair on my pillows that was not mine or my boyfriends which is gross and there was makeup on a white towel. overall the staff was very friendly and made the stay feel comfortable.

The proprty was outdated. There were stoves and ovens which had been there along tome. It also felt that these could be a serious fire hazard.

Rooms were clean and attractive and staff was friendly. Breakfast room had already been cleared away at 9:30 am (we were told it was open until 10 am). Television screens are far too small for size of rooms. USB outlets needed in bedroom - needs updating as there were not enough plug-ins near nightstands for hearing aids, phones, etc. Despite positive attributes such as comfy bed and spacious rooms, you may not appreciate frequent sirens from downtown surroundings. Seems expensive for an aging hotel, but it is very convenient🙂

Great location. Beautiful suites. Nice clean pool and fitness centre. Family friendly with a treasure chest with toys in the lobby for the children. Handy that OJ’s restaurant attached to the hotel.

The staff was excellent. The lights in the bathroom and kitchenette didnt work so i had to move around lamps from the living room to get lights in these areas

The kitchenette is exactly what I needed. Good space to spread out a bit in the room. Nice to have a separate room with couch and TV.

Fantastic location especially if you have an event at Rogers Arena or BC Place. Walkable to everything. Friendly staff, and a great view from the room. The only complaint is the hotel rooms could use a refresh.

From out of Province. This was our second stay in less than a week. First we attended a concert and than second time for another visit to the area. Loved our stay. What we found annoying was the hotel plug-ins, some were working and some were not working. So that was very inconvenient for charging our cell phones. Also noticed, not enough lighting inside (in the evening/at night).. Better choice of light bulbs…I don’t know. Overall, a great stay, awesome staff. Will be back again!

It was a great visit. Will be back again. Only downside to our stay was there was no body wash left in the hotel. This was very minimal. Overall awesome stay!

Great location. This place is walkable to many attractions near Robson St, shopping centers, and popular restaurants. Check in process was hassle free. One thing I was disappointed about this hotel was the lack of communication regarding how to get hotel guest parking rates. For hotel guests, you get a discount for parking overnight (around $29). The parking fee is deducted after the check-in process. I was not informed in advance regarding this process so I had already paid the non discounted rate ($35) before hotel check-in was done.
